Matsuaki Fugi (浮義 待秋, Fugi Matsuaki) is the fourth retainer of the Yanari Shogunate.
Personality
He was a rival to Hakuhei Sabi, and had always failed to surpass him; he is rather arrogant thinking he can surpass Shichika Yasuri, for killing Hakuhei Sabi.
Appearance
A man with white pulled back hair. He had large, red eyes.
Plot
Volume Twelve
He is defeated due to Hakutō Hari's flaw of being easily breakable when not swung in a perfect arc.
Abilities
Swordsmanship Specialist: He wields Hakutō Hari. His ultimate technique, Hakutō Kaigan was imperfect.
